Product Introduction
The racking system featuring uprights paired with pallets is similar to conventional pallet racking; however, its aisle width is only 20–30 centimeters wider than the forklift’s width, requiring the use of three-way reach trucks or front-moving forklifts. Its high-precision manufacturing ensures the verticality of the uprights, and the integration of guide rails or magnetic lines further guarantees operational safety.
Advantage
Compared to traditional pallet racking, narrow-aisle racking increases storage space utilization by more than 30% by reducing aisle width, thereby effectively saving warehouse floor space.
When used with a dedicated forklift, it enables high-level storage and retrieval at heights exceeding 15 meters, making full use of vertical space. Its standardized pallet racking design facilitates orderly management of goods, significantly improving the efficiency of inventory counts as well as inbound and outbound operations.
The structure is robust, with a single pallet capable of supporting up to 3 tons, making it suitable for handling heavier goods.
Guide rails or magnetic lines reduce the risk of forklift collisions and ensure operational safety.
