Precision protection, anti-collision : Shelves must feature divided compartments or cushioning materials (such as EVA foam) to prevent damage from impacts to small items like phone screens and earphones.

Theft Prevention and Access Control : High-end products (such as unopened phones) are stored on locked, sealed shelves. Access to the storage area requires swiping a card or facial recognition to prevent loss.

Full-process traceability : Each storage location is labeled with a unique code, working in conjunction with the WMS system to record the entire process—from inbound logistics to storage, outbound delivery, and maintenance—facilitating seamless after-sales traceability.
