Product Introduction
The system consists of a racking system, shuttles, forklifts, and a control system. Tracks are installed within the racking aisles, and the shuttles run automatically along these tracks, enabling horizontal movement of goods. Forklifts or lifts are used at the aisle entrances to pick up and put down goods, creating an efficient operational mode characterized by "goods moving, while forklifts remain stationary."

Working principle
Inventory: A forklift places goods at the very front of the shelf aisle tracks. A radio-controlled shuttle vehicle then carries palletized goods along these tracks.
Pickup: The shuttle cart moves pallets from the deep part of the rack to the front end of the rack, and a forklift then removes the palletized goods from the rack.
Mobile shuttle carts: Forklifts can be used to position the shuttle carts in different aisles, and multiple aisles can share a single shuttle cart.
The number of shuttle vehicles is determined by a combination of factors, including aisle depth, total cargo volume, batch size for shipments, and shipment frequency.
