Zone-based temperature control, tailored for different product categories : Shelves are divided into zones based on "room-temperature foods (snacks / groceries), refrigerated foods (yogurt / fresh meat), and frozen foods (quick-frozen dumplings / ice cream)," with differentiated materials and structures for each temperature zone.
First-in, first-out—ensuring freshness : By designing shelf structures (such as flow racking systems) or implementing management rules, ensure that food items entered first are dispatched first, preventing waste due to approaching expiration dates.
Easy to clean and maintain, prevents cross-contamination : The shelves are made from either stainless steel or food-grade PP boards, featuring no sanitary dead spots and making daily disinfection—such as alcohol wiping or high-temperature rinsing—convenient.
