Battery-specific shelving : Fire- and explosion-proof dedicated shelving is used, with each storage location equipped with independent temperature and humidity monitoring devices, as well as an automatic fire suppression sprinkler system, ensuring the safe storage of batteries. The shelving structure is meticulously designed to account for the weight and dimensions of the batteries, constructed from high-strength steel to withstand substantial loads.

Photovoltaic Module Shelves : Optimized design tailored to the shape and size of photovoltaic modules, featuring inclined storage locations for convenient placement and retrieval. The shelf surfaces are treated with a special coating that offers excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring durability across various storage environments.

Wind Power Component Shelf For large components such as wind turbine blades, an extra-large cantilever-structured shelving system is used. The height and span of the shelving can be adjusted according to actual needs, ensuring the safe and stable storage of these components. At the same time, the design takes into account the operational space required for handling equipment as well as ease of use, thereby enhancing the efficiency of component handling.

Hazardous Chemicals Shelf For hazardous chemicals involved in the production of new energy, such as electrolytes, dedicated storage racks for hazardous materials have been established. These racks are made from explosion-proof, fire-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring excellent sealing performance. Inside the racks, comprehensive safety protection systems are installed, including leak detection devices, emergency sprinkler systems, and anti-static grounding mechanisms.

Explosion-Proof Stacker : Designed for battery storage areas, this system incorporates advanced explosion-proof technology, ensuring safe operation even in flammable and explosive environments. The stacker crane features high speed and precision, enabling it to swiftly and accurately move batteries to designated storage locations. Additionally, by integrating seamlessly with the warehouse management system, it can automatically handle inbound and outbound tasks.

Photovoltaic-specific shuttle car Designed specifically for handling and storing photovoltaic modules, it can freely shuttle along tracks between shelves, enabling rapid transportation of PV components. Equipped with advanced navigation and automatic recognition technologies, it accurately identifies storage locations and component details, minimizing the risk of misoperations—plus, it features an automatic charging function.

Battery Handling AGV : Achieving automation and intelligent handling of batteries, the AGV can autonomously navigate predefined paths, transporting batteries from the production line to the warehouse storage area—or from the warehouse to the shipping zone. Equipped with advanced laser and visual navigation technologies, the AGV features automatic obstacle avoidance, self-charging capabilities, and remote monitoring functions.

 

Intelligent Management System Integration

Warehouse Management System (WMS) : It enables comprehensive management of the battery’s entire lifecycle—from raw material procurement to the handling of retired batteries—ensuring full traceability throughout the process. The system is equipped with intelligent early-warning functionality; when inventory levels fall below the set threshold or when battery health indicators show abnormalities, it automatically sends out alert notifications. Meanwhile, the WMS system can seamlessly integrate with the company’s MES and ERP systems, facilitating smooth information sharing and fostering business collaboration.

Intelligent Scheduling Platform : By employing dynamic path planning, we fully account for the special requirements of safe battery transportation, optimizing handling routes and enhancing operational efficiency. The digital twin system can replicate the warehouse’s operational status at a 1:1 scale, enabling safety drills and optimization tests. Meanwhile, the energy-efficiency dashboard provides real-time insights into energy consumption across different areas, automatically generating actionable energy-saving recommendations.

 

Safety and Environmental Protection

Fire Alarm Interlock System Equipped with both automatic sprinkler and gas fire suppression systems, ensuring rapid and effective firefighting in case of a blaze. Meanwhile, the warehouse is fitted with smoke detectors, temperature sensors, and other fire safety devices that are seamlessly integrated into the fire protection system for real-time monitoring and response.

Environmental Monitoring System : Real-time monitoring of critical parameters within the warehouse, such as temperature, humidity, and VOC concentration, providing data support for optimizing the storage environment. When environmental parameters exceed the set thresholds, the system automatically triggers alerts and activates the corresponding environmental control equipment.
